1:1 BEspoke sessions

1:1 sessions are hosted online and are available to all UK residents. These sessions are tailored to your needs and aim to support you to make positive and lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle to help improve your health and meet your goals. I offer a non-judgemental, evidence based approached, that is designed to give you the tools and confidence you need to manage your own diet.

I offer support in a variety of areas such as

  • Healthy Eating - Our diet plays a vital role in our health and well being. It affects things like our energy levels, our gut health, and our skin, hair, and nails. I can support you to make changes that will improve the overall balance of your diet so that you can get the right nutrition for you and feel your best.

  • Weight Management - Whether you are just starting out or have tried to lose weight before, I can help you meet your goals in sustainable way that focuses on changing habits instead of heavily restricting foods.

  • Gut Health - I can support you with managing conditions such as IBS, IBD, and ulcerative colitis, as well as other issues around gut health. I am also able to support clients with trialling a low FODMAP diet.

  • Women’s Health - This includes conditions such as PCOS and those experiencing menopause. I can also support those with eating well prior to, during, and after pregnancy.

  • Type 2 Diabetes - Diet plays a significant role in managing Type 2 Diabetes. Following a well balanced diet can help to control blood sugars and I can support you in making changes to your diet to help you improve the balance of your diet.

  • Intolerances - Food intolerances can cause a range of symptoms that can significantly effect your quality of life. Trying to identify which food is causing the issue can be frustrating and once identified it can be hard to have a well balanced diet while cutting out trigger foods. I can help you to identify which foods are causing symptoms and support you to cut them out while maintaining a healthy diet.

I have extensive experience in designing and delivering high quality nutrition talks and training sessions to groups and organisations. Whether you are looking for a one off talk on a particular topic or a bespoke training programme to upskill your staff, I can plan, design, and deliver evidenced based sessions to meet your needs. Sessions can be held in person or online.

I am also available to support workplace health initiatives around improving the diet and health of staff. I am available for consultation on developing initiatives or activities as well as offering packages to allow staff to access 1:1 nutrition counselling.
